It Starts With Us by Colleen Hoover Overview:
“It Starts With Us” is Colleen Hoover’s sequel to her best-selling novel and BookTop hit, “It Ends With Us.” The sequel begins straight after “It Ends With Us“ and carries the reader through the complexities of life after divorce and domestic abuse. “It Starts With Us” is a lighter read than its predecessor, allowing the reader to experience Atlas and Lily’s relationship as they navigate divorce, find family, and start a new life after abuse.
“It Ends With Us” must be read first to fully understand the magnitude of some trivial events in “It Starts With Us.” Atlas and Lily try to restore the love they felt for each other as teenagers. Hoover presents a beautiful, trustful love between Atlas and Lily. Atlas and Lily love each other like kids. Their love is sweet and awkward, but it is much more beneficial than the harmful relationships they have experienced. Love should be naïve, Hoover suggests.
“My choice helped me realize that sometimes the hardest decisions a person can make will most likely lead to the best outcomes“

Both go to their business, and Atlas says to Lily to text me when you arrive there, which Lily does not do as she forgot. Atlas told this to his therapist, a young boy, Atlas’s friend’s son, who dreams of becoming a therapist. Atlas let him practice on him as Atlas also liked to spend time with him.
He shares everything with him, which he does not share with anyone around him. Lily also wants Atlas but is afraid of her daughter; she thinks her daughter will not feel good, and without her Ex-husband’s permission, she can’t be with Atlas. Due to this situation, she was not talking with Atlas. When Atlas does not receive a text message from Lily, Atlas go to her flower shop.

On the other hand, Atlas would spend the night at his restaurant as someone had broken his window and would stay there to catch the person. When he entered the restaurant, he saw his mother, which made him irritate, and he asked her why she was there; she told Atlas that you have another brother, which made Atlas nervous; she said he is away from home and still she couldn’t find him and said Atlas to find him out, she gives a description of her son, and it is very similar to the person who has broken the window of the restaurant.
When he was passing by the restaurant, Atlas caught him and brought inside the restaurant, gave him something to eat, and asked his name; the boy said his name is Josh.Atlas takes him to his house and wants him to stay at this home as long as he wants to. By that time, there is a very good bond between Josh and Lily. When Ryel knows about Lily and Atlas’s relationship, he feels very angry and goes to the restaurant. He fights and bargains with Atlas and goes away. A few days after this incident, Josh was doing homework, so he had to gather information about his family.
He asked Atlas, but he was unknown to anyone, but he tried to. He finds his father’s contact and takes Josh to his father’s address. When the car was in front of his father’s house, Josh wondered why his father had not visited him. Is he financially stable? Did he not want to meet with him? So, Josh kept on staying with Atlas, which made him happy.
Lily told Ryel that she wanted to move on and start her new life with Atlas; Allysa and her husband also took sides with Lily. Josh also happily stays with Atlas and Lily, and the story ends.
My Review:
This is the best book I have ever read in my entire life. This book is full of romance and really directly hit my heart. As I was reading, my feelings for my love were increasing, to be honest!!. This book has both aspects of love that a normal person faces when they are in love with someone, just like Atlas and Lily.
They both give their best to be together and start their happy life. The story realistically defines the challenges and complexity of relationships, including the impact of family and past incidents. While reading this, the summary mainly concentrates on major events, leaving room for inquiries about the story’s pacing and how specific plot points unfold.
The book gives us a cheerful and empowering message about overcoming hardship, finding love, and creating healthy associations. So, I recommend you to read this novel as soon as possible without wasting time on other nonlogic novels. Go and buy and start your journey through the most romantic novel on Earth.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, Atlas gradually takes things with their connection, prioritizing their daughter’s well-being. Atlas accepts Josh, his newly discovered brother, into his house, delivering him support and peace. Lily finally gains the bravery to move on from Ryle and seek a relationship with Atlas, with Allysa and her husband’s backing. Josh ultimately chooses to stay with Atlas and Lily, finding safe and loving circumstances he previously lacked—such a great book, a great story, with a great author. Grab your copy now!
