When Lily left Ryle, she met Atlas after two years. Both of them again want to get into a relationship, but they don’t know how to start. Lily was married, and now she has a kid with her. Thoughts and Review:
The book introduced Atlas’s point of view, which I celebrated and appreciated. Atlas’s character development was good and deepened my affection for him. The emotional depth and sincerity of Atlas, especially in the last chapters, were excellent. The exploration of the characters’ past added depth to the story and helped me understand them better.

The scene of the relationship between Atlas and Lily was fast-paced, but I found it adorable and heartwarming. Although the relationship was rushed, I enjoyed it. The focus on the emotional aspect rather than physical intimacy between the characters was a great idea for the book. Colleen Hoover’s skill in engaging emotional responses from readers and her ability to craft heartwarming stories is off the shelf.
Daisy Jones & The Six:
Summary:
“Daisy Jones & The Six” is a Contemporary Fictional and Adult book. We meet a young woman, Daisy. She is navigating the scene of late 1960s Los Angeles. Daisy always walks into clubs, hangs around with rock stars, and dreams big. Yes! The wild parties, drugs, and romances add spice to her life, but the thing that sets her on fire is music.
Meanwhile, there’s Billy, the moody front man of a rising band called The Six. Just as they’re about to hit the big time with their first tour, he discovers his girlfriend Camila is expecting a baby. Stuck between fatherhood and the pressures of fame, Billy starts to puzzle up.
Fate brings Daisy and Billy together when a producer sees potential in their collaboration. He plans to make a legendary band.
Taylor Jenkins Reid, the author, tells the story in a fabulous novel presented as an oral history. The book is a journey through fame, love, and rock ‘n’ roll that the reader won’t forget.
Thoughts and Review:
The book uses an unconventional structure. The scene is presented as interviews, bands and shows, adding authenticity to the content and keeping readers engaged. The characters are well well-developed, especially Daisy. They are carefully crafted with their own stories and personalities, which makes them relatable and interesting.

“Daisy Jones & The Six” provides an exciting insight into the music industry during the 1970s era. The book effectively captures the excitement and unity found in live music performances. It offers an overview of the challenges and pressures of fame and its impact on individuals’ lives.
What makes it relatable to “It Ends With Us” is that the story explores themes of love and friendship with emotional depth. The prose is skillfully written and left a lasting impression on me with its beauty and emotion.
Verity:
Summary:
“Verity” (I have covered a separate post for the whole series; CLICK HERE to view). is a Romance, Fiction, Mystery, and Adult novel by Colleen Hoover, the author of “It Ends With Us.” The book follows the story of Lowen Ashleigh.
Lowen Ashleigh is a writer who is having a tough time with money. But then she gets a great job offer. Jeremy Crawford, the husband of a famous author named Verity Crawford, wants Lowen for work. Jeremy Crawford wants Lowen to finish Verity’s book series because Verity can’t write anymore due to an injury.
Lowen goes to the Crawford house to work on the books. She stays there and does her job. One day, she found some of Verity’s old things. While searching through Verity’s stuff, she finds a secret autobiography that Verity never wanted anyone to see. It’s full of scary things, like what really happened when Verity’s daughter died.
Lowen decides not to tell Jeremy about the autobiography because it would hurt him greatly. But as she spends more time with Jeremy, she starts to think about how telling him could benefit her. She knows that if Jeremy reads what Verity wrote, he might not love her anymore, which might be suitable for Lowen.
Thoughts and Review:
One thing I must say is that the book offers something different from the author’s typical love stories. ” Verity” provided a dark and suspenseful narrative. : The author’s words seemed addictive and capable of capturing the full attention.
I don’t know why I got attached to it. Mostly, I don’t read suspense genre or related, but it was just commendable. The level of creepiness achieved in the book surpasses some seasoned suspense writers. The author’s decision to explore a different was exciting. I think it is a suggestion that we may get more suspense in the future.

It contains anxiety and anticipation because it is written in such a way that we start feeling it. While the warning delivered by the author is comical, sensitive readers are advised to take it seriously due to the dark nature of the storyline.
Twisted Love:
Summary:
“Twisted Love” is the first book of the twisted series. The book falls under the category of Contemporary Romance, YA, and Dark Romance. Written by the author Ana Huang, the book features excellent chemistry and storytelling.
“Twisted Love” is mainly about two people named Alex Volkov and Ava Chen. Alex is a cold-hearted to everyone. He is hot and beautiful. He can do anything for Ava. Alex had a tough life. Something terrible happened in his past that haunts him. He’s focused on success and getting back at those who wronged him.
On the other hand, Ava has had a troubled past, too. She has a hopeful personality. Ava sees good everywhere. She finds herself attracted to Alex. Even though Alex is her brother’s friend, she couldn’t resist his charm.
Their love is unexpected and full of confusion. Their love could bring out secrets that could ruin them and everything they care about. “Twisted Love” is a part of the series, but it can be read standalone. We get a mixture of romance and suspense. The book contains adult content and is recommended for mature readers.
Thoughts and Review:
I felt the storyline was fast-paced, like “It Ends With Us.” Not only did I think, but it was fast-paced. The story moves quickly without any boring parts, keeping readers interested. It offers a thrilling tale that makes readers excited and eager to know what happens next. The story includes familiar romance elements that make it more fun and relatable.

If I talk about the main protagonists, Ava and Alex, I really like and remember them because they’re so well-written. Their sweet and touching relationship made me feel a lot of different emotions. And the moments where Alex and Ava say sorry is SOO SOO amazing. There were only slight parts that were boring; overall, the book is fantastic.
The Love Hypothesis:
Summary:
“The Love Hypothesis“ is a YA romance and Contemporary Romance novel by Ali Hazelwood. The scenes of the book take place at Stanford University. The book lets us meet Olive Smith, a Ph.D. student in her third year. Olive is not into serious romantic relationships, but her best friend Anh thinks differently. To convince Anh that Olive is happily dating, Olive needs proof. So, in a moment of panic, Olive kisses the first guy she sees.
The guy Olive kissed is Adam Carlsen, a young and somewhat arrogant professor. Olive is surprised when Adam agrees to pretend to be her boyfriend. Despite Adam’s reputation for being difficult, he supports Olive when things get tough at a science conference, even showing off his impressive physique.
As they continue their fake relationship, Olive finds herself developing real feelings for Adam. Both want to convert this fake love into something deep and real. But figuring out matters of the heart turns out to be as complex as a scientific experiment.
Thoughts and Review:
The thing that kept me hooked on the book is the relationship between Olive and Adam. It feels natural and keeps readers interested in their love story. The chemistry between the couple was of great value. The characters have witty and clever dialogue that makes the story more interesting, especially for readers who like smart humor and love stories.
The love was excellent, but Adam’s words towards Olive lacked warmth. It disturbed the effect of how they felt about their relationship. Other supporting characters like Holden and Malcolm add humor and depth to the story, and the story becomes more enjoyable. The book talks about serious topics like emotional abuse respectfully. This made the story more profound and relatable.

The book touches on topics like emotional abuse, which might make some readers feel uneasy or upset without proper warnings. One thing this book proved to me is that reading it makes you feel good and happy, delivering on its promise of being a feel-good romantic comedy.
Things We Never Got Over:
Summary
“Things We Never Got Over” is a contemporary romance novel in the same genre as “It Ends With Us,” with the same vibe and some different characters.
The book tells the story of Knox. He is a rugged barber with a beard and a tough-guy personality. Just like his coffee, he likes things simple, except for his faithful basset hound, Waylon. Knox is a busy guy. He doesn’t have time for drama and other things.
On the other side, there is Naomi, who’s not just escaping her wedding but rushing to aid her estranged twin in Knockemout, Virginia. It’s a town where problems are solved the old-school way: with fists and a cold one, usually in that order.
Naomi has a twin sister Tina. Tina is causing trouble again, which is bad news for Naomi. Tina stole Naomi’s car and money. This is not all; Tina left a niece with Naomi, which Naomi didn’t even know existed. Now Naomi is wandering in the town with no car, no job, no plan, and an 11-year-old kid to take care of.
Knox doesn’t like complicated or needy women, especially in romantic relationships. But when Naomi’s life falls apart, he feels he should help her out. He hopes she’ll stop causing problems so he can go back to his quiet life. But things change when Naomi’s problems become dangerous. Both Naomi and Knox keep on getting close to each other, and the heartbeat begins.
Thoughts and Review
The book is pretty long, but I didn’t know when I came to an end without noticing the time. Although I read fast, I faced no distractions, fully dipped in the words. The book immediately captured my attention and maintained my interest throughout.

Characters like Knox Morgan and Lucian are well-developed and memorable, evoking strong emotional investment from the reader. The book delivers fabulous scenes of support, love, and encouragement among the characters, adding depth to their relationships.
To cover up, I want to say Bye; I am going to read this masterpiece AGAIN!!!
Twisted Games:
Summary:
“Twisted Games” is the 2nd part of the “Twisted Series”. Somewhere connected to the “Twisted Love” but a bit more amazing. The book follows the princess of Eldora, Bridget. Her brother has to take charge of the kingdom so she can travel without interrupting royal affairs. Bridget has a bodyguard who leaves her due to his coming child. The Royal Family arranges a new and tough bodyguard for her named Rhys. He is tall, strong, attractive and young.
Rhys is very strict in his duties and is ready to do anything for her. Things get worse when Rhys starts making issues in Bridget’s personal life. He is just doing his duty, but Bridget finds it bad as Rhys keeps on standing in her friend group and everywhere else. As the time passed, they learned how to manage with each other. Although the love between them is forbidden, it starts developing.
With the slow-burn story, we get tension, like why they aren’t getting connected to each other. As the plot progresses, things change, and due to political issues, Bridget has to marry someone. If she chooses Rhys, it may cause the kingdom to collapse. But how could she resist his charm?
Thoughts and Review:
First, if I discuss the trope, the combination of the forbidden love trope with the bodyguard x princess trope is off the limits. The execution of the forbidden love trope is COMPLETE PERFECTION. The book features tension, love, hate and chemistry, which are all amazing. The subplot involves politics, which is a unique idea for its involvement in the plot of corruption.

If we talk about the main couple, the chemistry between the two main characters is adorable, with elements such as tension, cuteness, and jealousy. Else, being a queen, Bridget is selfless and kind. Rhys is praised as the most perfect man and the best out of all the Twisted men. Ava and Alex from the previous book are also mentioned, which makes the story interconnected.
The overall enjoyment of the book cannot be described in words. I can just recommend that you read this book and feel its depth.
Conclusion:
To conclude, “It Ends With Us” is one of my top picks, but when I read the above books, they crossed my expectations. I couldn’t believe that I got the same fun I desired after reading “It Ends With Us”. If you have access to such masterpieces, why not pick them up? Although many other books match the vibes of It Ends with Us, but believe me, you cannot get better than the above list. Different authors, different writing styles, and the same fun and engagement in the content. Go pick one from them, and start a lovely and joyful journey once again!
